Welcome to LiteWoo Labs. By accessing our website, signing up for LiteFlow, commissioning our custom WooCommerce architecture, or purchasing our Zero-Bloat plugins, you agree to be bound by these terms. We operate on strict Founder-to-Founder principles.

1. The Superior Engineering Standard

We engineer high-performance custom PHP architecture. We do not use heavy page builders or cheap templates. By hiring us you acknowledge that we build raw optimized code designed for maximum PageSpeed and conversion.

2. High-Ticket Payment & Billing

All custom builds require an upfront non-refundable deposit to secure our engineering timeline.

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Project milestones must be paid upon delivery of the agreed-upon phase.
• Subscription products (e.g. LiteFlow) are billed monthly or yearly as selected at signup. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full payment of a custom project, you own the final frontend design of your storefront. However, LiteWoo Labs retains all rights to our proprietary backend engines, logic, and plugins (including but not limited to our Zero-Bloat SMTP Engine and COD Shield framework). These are licensed to you for use on your specific domain.

4. Client Obligations

To maintain our rapid development speed, clients must provide all necessary assets (API keys, logos, server access) within 48 hours of project kickoff. Delays on your end do not pause our payment milestones.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our systems are engineered to block fraudulent orders and protect your margins, LiteWoo Labs is not liable for third-party server outages, payment gateway downtime, or changes to WooCommerce core that affect plugin functionality.
