Refund & Cancellation.

At LiteWoo Labs, we engineer high-performance custom WooCommerce architecture, zero-bloat digital products, and LiteFlow, our WhatsApp messaging platform. Due to the irreversible nature of custom development, digital product delivery, and dedicated engineering hours, our refund and cancellation terms are strictly enforced.

1. Digital Products & Software Plugins

This covers our downloadable plugins, including products currently in early access such as COD Shield Pro and Dynamic Size Engine. All sales of downloadable software plugins and digital licenses are final.

• Once the software files or your license key have been delivered, we cannot issue a refund.
• We provide direct Founder support via WhatsApp and email to ensure your deployment is successful.

2. Custom Architecture & High-Ticket Builds

For clients commissioning custom storefronts or complex PHP architecture:

• Deposits: All initial deposits required to secure our engineering timeline are 100% non-refundable.
• Cancellations: You may cancel a custom project before the first code sprint begins. However, once development commences and code is written, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Milestones: Project payments are tied to specific engineering deliverables. Once a deliverable is approved and the next phase begins, previous payments are locked.

3. Subscription Services

If you are on a monthly or yearly recurring subscription (e.g. LiteFlow):

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access to the software until the end of your current billing period.

4. Dispute Resolution

We stand behind our code. If you encounter a critical technical failure caused by our architecture, our engineering team will work to deploy a fix as quickly as possible.
