Delivery Policy.

At LiteWoo Labs, we engineer custom PHP storefronts, LiteFlow (our WhatsApp messaging platform), and zero-bloat software plugins. We do not sell or ship physical products. All deliveries are entirely digital.

1. LiteFlow Access

When you sign up for LiteFlow, your dashboard access is provisioned automatically once your account is verified and your subscription is active — no manual step required on your end.

2. Plugin Delivery (Early Access Products)

Products like COD Shield Pro and Dynamic Size Engine are currently in early access. If you request access, delivery is handled personally rather than through an automated checkout:

• After you submit an interest form, the founder reaches out directly by email or WhatsApp to confirm details and arrange delivery.
• Software files are delivered digitally, typically within a few business days, along with setup guidance.
• As these products come out of early access and move to automated checkout, this section will be updated to reflect the new process.

3. Custom Architecture Deployment

For high-ticket clients commissioning full storefronts or custom engineering:

• Delivery timelines are established during the initial project roadmap phase.
• Completed code is delivered digitally via secure Git repositories or deployed directly to your designated hosting environment.
• We provide a full handover document and codebase walkthrough upon final project sign-off.

4. Access & Support

Once your access is provisioned, you'll receive direct contact information for Founder support via WhatsApp and email.
